In 1992, we moved to 101 Collins Street which, when completed, was the largest granite-clad building in the Southern Hemisphere. It is a technically advanced building, pioneering the unique “shell and core” concept, and is located in an area firmly regarded as the premier business address in Melbourne. This is the legendary “Paris End” of the city, where Melbourne’s founding fathers chose to locate the Victorian State Parliament and the Treasury. It is home to many local law firms, investment banks and major corporations.
