The KKR and Affinity/Oriental Brewery deal won the Private Equity Deal of the Year award at the IFLR Asia Awards in Hong Kong. S&C represented Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) in the sale of Oriental Brewery Co., Ltd. to an entity established by KKR. It was the largest private equity deal in Asia since the onset of the current global credit crunch.
