Columbia Law School Roundtable

Mr. Neuhaus will speak at Columbia Law School’s Roundtable on States and State-Controlled Entities as Claimants in International Investment Arbitration. He will speak on the topic “Overview of Cases Initiated by States/SCEs” and will discuss cases initiated by states and SCEs in investment arbitration. The presentation will concentrate on the unique aspects of states/SCEs as claimants and the critical issues that have arisen in such actions or that can reasonably be expected to arise in the future.
